No, they are totally different. I think suleiman originally made MegaReaper available for both Sforzando and TX16Wx, but I only have the one that is available for ReasamplOmatic5000.

If I understand you, both libraries use the same samples, only that they are put in different programs or "formats". In other words, would it be essentially the same to use one or the other?

I am familiar with RS5K (also with sfz), so in principle I would prefer to use this one.

Hi D-Reaper. No the samples are not the same. Suleiman cut and edited his own set of samples, at least I think that's how it went.

With the samples I worked with, a good friend D. Smolken programmed Sforzando, and Suleiman programed TX16Wx.

It's been a while since I communicated with Suleiman. I might be able to contact him, I'm not sure.

When I open SMDrums (1400) FX.RPP the project indicates that it is looking for the file -

SMDrums\SMD Snare_HyB Stereo (Samples)\SMD_Snr_HyB3_V1_Atk (Samples)\RR1\01_Snr_HyB3_V1_Atk_RR1.wav

This file does not exist in the files that I down loaded from Google drive (SMD Snare_HyB Stereo (Samples)). 01_Snr65NR_Ster_HB_RR1.wav etc. exist but not the above file(s).

Could you point me to where I can find these files?

Hi James, I'm not sure what happened but the HyB_Atk samples got removed from the original post. I've fixed it now with an update.

However, if you don't want to re-download the other samples, here's a link to just the HyB_Atk samples. UnZip these so that they are with the rest of the SMD_Snr_Str_HyB3 (Samples), then reopen the project files.
