Default Render multiple tracks from marker names or regions?

I have an album recorded live straight through. So now I have one long file with all the songs back to back. What I've been doing is time-selecting the individual songs then Render to file > Render bounds: time selection.

Instead of doing it that way, I was wondering if there's a way to either drop markers at the beginning of each song, name the marker, and have Reaper automatically render a handful of files via the markers? Or perhaps the same thing using regions? Any thoughts?

Go through and put a marker between each song and one at the end. Then you need to create a region between eachmarker. This is done by double clicking on the marker bar and creating the region from time selection. That is the part I wish was automated. But then you will have regions between the markers. Then the region render dialog will render them all for you.

I just took the painstaking effort to put markers at the beginning of each song and name them. Then, I double clicked in between each marker set and selected create region from selection.

Unfortunately, the render dialog can only wildcard region names, not marker names. Is there a way to copy marker names to region names so all my files can render with the appropriate file name?

There's an SWS action to convert markers to regions:
SWS: Convert markers to regions

It also converts marker names to region names.
