Thanks, Albert! Nice work as always

May we get another layout for MCP regarding panning?

I don't like how much space is "wasted" by the 2 big knobs. Could we have the pan sliders from the TCP there? This would be great.

By the way: the TCP looks fabolous and is very functional as I can say so far.

One more thing for the MCP though:

At certain heights (2/3 of a 1080p screen) the mixer won't show even one FX slot, because it is too small... So for seeing also FX parameters and sends, you have to have the mixer full screen. There's still a lot of "wasted" space in the MCP, e.g. the Pan section or on the bottom (track number, track name)

So a layout for smaller screens resp. not-fullscreen-MCP would be cool!

Thank you very much for your hard work, I appreciate your clear approach on theme design!

Great theme! what I would improve:

- TCP: increase contrast between selected and unselected tracks
- TCP: make button "ready to record" (track is unselected but it will be record-armed when selected) more visible, because it is very hard to distinct it from "record unarmed".

Hey Al!!

One wooord mate, this theme is simply one of the best out there right now. Of course as I read this post you'll be fixing and tweaking things but trust me, your Theme simply inspires. Just installed it over Reaper Pre 5 and its gorgeous ;-)

Much appreciate and thanks for deciding to make it public ;-)

Keep up the great work, gonna test more

Kudos

Some suggestions:

1. I think the highlight could be brighter on selected tracks, there's barely any difference between the bottom of the highlight and the top of a regular unselected track.

I think you could also use the same style of highlight as done at the bottom numbers of the mixer tracks for the left numbers in the arrange tracks:

2. The text here could be centered vertically:

3. I don't think the numbers in the ruler are a good font for this theme, something rounder (much like the font in the last screenshot actually) would be more suiting.

4. Toolbars could do with a background like the main toolbar.

These are just suggestions, I can see there are obviously some untouched areas and WIP areas so no comment there.

It works lovely! So nice to see that big master meter in action, wondering if you are gonna do a sideways version of that for the TCP mastertrack?

Excellent theme. Will there be an FX bypass button on the tcp?

Nice work Albert.
Unfortunately the mixer looks a bit pale and lacking in contrast when viewed in full daylight in my studio.

I will draw the curtains!

Default good job

good job, but some issue

On TCP when clicking on button the click actually triggers way on the left of the arrow pinpoint. No issue on MCP

I suggest on TCP SEND/RECEIVE button when both Send and Receive are inserted to show double green arrow (lit both the up and down arrow) instead of showing the orange SQUARE. If parent send is not selected you can put the background of the button in red or use another item to show it..
