Audio Units from MacAppStore not Working

In that case Voice Synth from Qneo. I bought it from the MacAppStore, the only place it can be bought. I tried to load in in Reaper 5.9.2 (64bit) an all I get is the error message that Reaper cannot load the plugin (see attached) picture. I emailed the dev and he said it's probably not a issue with Reaper's support for AUv3 but he will contact Cockos.

I have over 300 AudioUnits in my folder and Voice Synth is the only one that does not work on MacOS 13.5.

I even just upgraded from Sierra to High Sierra because this is a fantastic Vocoder on iOS.
This is also the first AU i bought from the MacAppStore.

Does Reaper even support AU3 plugins? The Cockos Reaper web page does not explicitly mention that.

There have been reports some AU plugins do not work in High Sierra until the system has been rebooted after installation.

I don't know if Reaper supports AUv3. This is the first Plugin I bought from the MacAppStore.

I rebooted my Mac but nothing.

REAPER does not support AUv3 yet, though we're looking at it now.
