Default iMac or PC

Hi,

I've got the opportunity to get a PC or Mac at a dirt cheap price
It's either this:

HP Pavilion Elite HPE-450be:
17-870 Processor
16GB DD3 SDRAM
SATA 2TB (7200rpm)
GeForce GTX260HD 1.8GB RAM
HiDef 7.1 audio
BluRay burn/Read
10 USB 2.0, 2 FireWire ports
6 audio out
15 in 1 memorycard reader
TV-tuner
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits
Dell Ultrasharp U2711 screen

Or:
iMac27"
i7-2.93Ghz
4GB DDR3RAM
1TB (7200 rpm)
ATI Radeon HD5750 - 1GB RAM
Fiewire, 4 uSB, audio out
MAc OS X Snow Leopard / Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits in dual boot and in VMWare Fusion

What would you guys recommend
(the Apple is €65 more expensive)

FWIW, I've noticed lots of users having problems with the new i7 based iMacs with many different interfaces.

I'm not saying PC's are better, but for audio work, I've been having a hard time saying that iMacs are a good choice, due to their design.

You'll have more flexibility of hardware and upgrades if you go with the PC on this one.

if you are set on reaper, I would say mac all the way.

one of the reasons is that there are atm, many more windows users here, and also, the mac version is either freshly out of beta, or still in beta.
