How to make a Folder track with shortcut behave same as ableton?

Is there a way to create a track above selection and make it a folder track of the selection? I can do a folder track if I have empty track and select all off them and use 'make folder track' action, but I really want REAPER to create folder automatically. I've tried saving and recalling track selection states, but I cannot find a way to add this new track to the selection...

option 2 : You can use this custom action (you need SWS extension installed)

SWS: save current track selection
SWS: select first of selected tracks
SWS: insert track above selected tracks
SWS :restore saved track selection
SWS :select previous track keep current track selection
SWS: make folder from selected tracks
