[6.72] Selected Regions don't update on render

Steps to reproduce:
- Create several regions and attach to tracks by Render matrix
- Open "Render to file" window
- Select source: Region render matrix
- Select bounds: Selected regions
- Click the button "Region manager..."
- Try to select different regions and you can see that this selected regions don't update in "Render to file" window

Now to fix it, I switches between bounds (to All project regions and to Selected regions back) and regions update in the window, but it looks like a bug.

I expect that, when I change any region in Region manager, its update and in Region in file too. And it worked in that way before.

My specs: Macbook Pro 14, OS 13.1 Ventura
