Problems with Midi Editor Quantize Deletes Notes

Hey all! Alright, so I'm trying to line up my midi drums on this one song so that I can humanize them less than what I had before. When I select all of the notes and quantize them, many notes disappear and some moved to the beginning of the measure and very very small. So I'm having to do it all by hand. As I'm doing them all by hand, I zoom in and notice that they aren't fully lining up to the grid with 43% swing.

I'm using wine stable 3.0.2 on Linux 18.3 64 bit on a 250 GB SSD. I have 16 gigs of ram, all files being saved to 1 terabyte hard drive. Focusrite Scarlet Solo. And the software I'm using for the midi drums is IK Multimedia.
