ctl + alt + fkey shortcut?

i'm running low on shortcut keys and wanted to assign some actions to ctl+alt+fkeys. i don't seem to be able to enter them, though. is this combo not allowed?

Same for me...

Ctrl+Fkey
Shift+Fkey
Alt+Fkey
Shift+alt+fkey
Ctr+Shift+fkey

all work fine, but not Crl+Alt.

This is a system thing not a Reaper thing. You also can't use them with Numpad numbers
