Docked or undocked media item properties window doesn't respond to horizontal scroll

The docked or undocked media item properties window doesn't respond to horizontal scroll. For me when I try to use horizontal scroll it just scrolls horizontally in arrange view. I have horizontal scroll mapped to horizwheel, functioning in reverse.

Check settings in Preferences->Mouse. Perhaps you need to change wheel target.

Hmmm that's where I imagine it should be.

Probably right under, "Horizontal mousewheel over mixer scrolls tracks rather than arrange view."

It could just be called, "Horizontal mousewheel over docked media item properties window scrolls docked window rather than arrange view."
