Default It is possible to transform MIDI velocities in REAPER?

I want to do a "crescendo" but mantaining the current velocity drawing of the MIDI notes. Other DAWs as Studio One or SONAR have a MIDI transform tool to do this and in Cubase is made simply by selecting the notes and manipulating the editing rectangle. In Reaper you can draw velocity lines with Shift key but I want them to keep their dynamics.

Perhaps try Tilt:

or Arch:

or the Velocity Tool:

or for even more fancy shaping, the LFO Tool:

All of these functions can be installed via ReaPack. Here is an example of what can be done with REAPER's equivalent to the "Transform tool" functions:

Wow, Julian! Those are some cool looking scripts.

To the OP, another option would be to add the JS MIDI Velocity Control FX plugin to the track and, in the arrange view (as opposed to the MIDI editor), automate the gain of the Velocity Control plug in. That would retain the velocity values in your original MIDI file but would alter the velocity level being sent to your virtual instrument.
