Default A smartphone sized mini PC with a touchscreen

Here is a cool video about a very light nomad setup that can run Reaper. It is powerful enough to be used in realistic applications like self recording and even do some audio production.

I think I've found the PC here https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005005122461843.html

It costs around $300. I think its biggest problem is also its main asset: its diminutive size.
Another product based on the same CPU but with a 8" or 10.1" touch screen is this one:

Theoretically Reaper can run on Android smartphones. Those in fact use ARM/Linux under the hood, which is essentially the same as RASPi (that does run Reaper).
AFAIK, nobody yet tried to make this happen, though, as porting the GUI to Android will be a main PITA..

I don't see any video, but this kind of a mini-PC would be great for real time effects and synths.

I'd use it as a dedicated guitar & vocal processor, and probably a better / cheaper one than what's currently offered on the market because I can program it exactly the way I want it.

Eight audio tracks with 29 audio FX playing back in REAPER on a Raspberry Pi3 with an Adafruit micro touchscreen in the palm of my hand. The project was all recorded on the same unit using a Behringer audio interface.

Just out of curiosity I got 4 tracks quite easily out of an old netbook some years ago but Glennbo beats that by far.

Valve's Steam Deck should be breezing through this as well

That absolutely would work for basic projects or a multitrack stream. My guess is the Celeron processor won't feel too impressive. I have a tiny Atom processor laptop with 4GB of ram that works great for live recording 16 channels 48/24bit. Using Reaper effects is pretty smooth, anything demanding like reverb and it starts showing its weaknesses.

You may have hit upon a reason that reverb seems to be becoming somewhat unfashionable - home producers with less-than-state-of-the-art gear!
