More menus to customize

I noticed, that I would love to be able to customize more menus, especially
1) the marker context-menus for markerlane and markers/regions/timesignatures themselves, as well as
2) the FXChain-contextmenu and
3) the help-menu.

Currently, they can't be set, but it would be very helpful for our Ultraschall-project, as we want to write some new features, who would be located best within these menus.
Otherwise, we need to force more shortcuts on our users.
