Default Jesusonic basic help, please!

I just downloaded Jesusonic because it sounds like an amazing effects program from what I've read here. I'm a musician, not really a computer guy (I know nothing about code, etc...), and I couldn't figure out even where or how to start using this thing... (?linux stuff?).I have the Mac version.

Could anybody post a quick tutorial on how to operate this on the Mac? Just basic features and how to use it within Ninjam would be a nice start...and I'm just speaking basics here.

Thanks.

Welcome to Darwin!
Chris-Mousdales-Computer:~ chrismousdale$ /Volumes/Jesusonic/jesusonic; exit
JesuSonic v0.99 - Copyright (C) 2004-2005 Cockos Incorporated
Using output mode: 'coreaudio'
Opening CoreAudio for readwrite
CoreAudio device list:
10: 'Built-in Audio'
You need to specify a device index to use!
format is <driverindex>[,<outdriverindex>][:inbuf,inch1,inch2utbuf,outch1,outch2]
driverindex and outdriverindex should be used from the device list above.
You can also avoid this by using -in <string> on the command line
Enter driver index string now:

I have done some reasearch and found that I have to tpye -in 10 but that does nothing - please could you offer some help - ANYBODY?? I really want to learn this programme but i have no coding history...

Thanks

Chris
