Default Issue with Envelope Points

Occasionally all the points on a volume envelope will drop in increments of 0.25. I checked my keybinds and there's nothing I could accidentally hit that should do that. Any ideas as to why this happens?

For reference, I leave the volume envelope start at 0, so over the course of this project some tracks have dropped 1 or more DB on their own.

Do you use any external controllers with Reaper?

Well, 0.25 increments sound like some specific thing is happening, rather than just accidental adjustments with varying values. If Reaper side is already checked, maybe a misbehaving controller could cause this?

Thanks for your input, and sorry it took so long for me to get back. I've been working in REAPER for a while now with my controller disconnected and just today noticed the problem reappearing again. I backtracked and found the specific action where it happened (highlighted in the screenshot). By changing one track's volume, three unrelated tracks experienced a drop in their volume envelopes by different amounts. I included screenshots of before and after this action.
Any ideas as to why this happened?

Default SOLVED

I finally realized what was going on - If I happened to be hovering over an envelope slider as I started scrolling through my project, the envelope would be changed by a tiny amount, 0.25 db for volume envelopes in particular. Since scrolling wouldn't show up as an action, that's why I couldn't find anything that could sensibly cause this in my undo history. Thanks for your help Xpander! Much relieved to finally understand what's been happening.

I think you can turn off that lovely “feature” in Preferences somewhere.

Thanks for reporting back what the problem was. Like ashcat_lt said, this can be changed under Preferences/Editing Behavior/Mouse.
