Default WAV Cue Markers compatibility with Adobe

Hi all,

I'm currently working on some audio/visual workflow scripting and have
an issue with Reaper's CUE markers that are written in WAV BWF not
showing up in Adobe's After Effects.

I am aware that Adobe Audition's markers are natively read by AE,
so I've created a a short 4 second wav to demonstrate the issue
as seen below in the screenshot: reaper's markers do not get recognised.

So, providing both .wav files, one generated in Reaper and one in
Audition, is there anyone that can help me understand the format of
how the cue data is written in each file, so that either devs could add
an option to format the same cue output as a render option for compatibility,
or that I can create a plug-in/script to automate the cue data recognition.

.WAV created in Reaper
.WAV created in Audition

Kind regards,
Eric
