Easy way to do knob resizes?

I'm using IKnobMultiControl with the default knob graphics.

Now I need knobs in different sizes.

What's the easiest way to create different sizes?
E.g. from the default knob.png in WDL-OL.

Can one do e.g. IGraphics::ScaleBitmap?

Also, if using something like JKnobman, then how can I get the WDL-OL knob.png in there, since
I think I'd like to use that one.
