media explorer path
in my media explorer, i have some favorites with only the name of the folder, and some others with the whole path written...
Does anyone know why, and how to have only the folder's name written ?

I don't know why, but from that list, is it because they are on a different disc drive?

no, this is not related, because most of the folders are on the same drive, but some have ful path, some haven't...

It _could_ be that e.g. My Computer, My Ducuments ... are on your desktop whiel the others aren't, but how little do I know

I could have another wild guess.
If I add shortcuts by right-clicking on the media explorer and choosing "add current folder to shortcut list" I get a full pathname.
However, if I rightclick a folder and choose "add to shortcut list" I get the folder name only.
That it maybe?

The guessing game is over.
It determined by how many subfolders there are. e.g. if there ae many it will only show the folder name.
If you have a subfolder of a folder already included it will give you "folder/subfolder".
And if there is only one subfolder it will give you the full path.
One more thing adding a folder by right click when the folder contains no (or atleast no REAPER relevant files) it will give you the full path also.
