The ReaVerb ZL and LL fix is much appreciated. It allows me to resume using my room EQ & time correction IR in the monitor FX. I could never get the ZL or LL modes to turn on reliably before.

Glad it's finally solved.

with a lot of new features,
especially latency delay and ability to clean up the tcp,
is it time to track inspector?
feels like more tcp/mcp controls will be stressful for eye
just sayng

AFAIK it's not a "fix" but just changed defaults.

I use ReaVerb with ZL and LL checked without any problems since a long time.

Supposedly you have been confused because a change in these settings only gets activated after a "Stop" and a "Start" but not immediately while playing.

Default My license that should be good through 7.99 is invalid now

the title says it all. The old license clearly states it's valid it through 7.99. When I go to upload the license file it states it's for an old version and doesn't recognize it's validity

Take a look at the content of the license file to verify it's reach.

Posted this in a theme thread wrongly

when the velocity CC's in the midi editor were shown as columns, using shift/drag would bring all to the same height which I found useful at times. This doesn't seem to work any longer.

I looked through the changes from 5.99 to 6 and 6.01 but cannot find anything.
I wonder if this is intended or not or am I missing something?

I've just had a play with that myself and it seems that the only way you can do that now is if you either shift + click each individual velocity dot or right click drag a window to select a larger range of notes/dots.

Alternatively you could select the notes from the piano roll.

cheers

Thanks Andy ... pain.
When things settle down a bit with the new version and new theme I may request it. It's no big deal but was useful, to me at least, at times.

Default Reaper says my licence is no longer valid.

Just upgraded to v6.01 for 64-bit Reaper. I'm now in evaluation mode and have 60 days to upgrade. Why is this. Can't find my license key anywhere. I looked in Program Files and App Data in the Options menu. No license key there except something called license txt.rk.

Also I just upgraded to Reaper 6.01 on my 32-bit machine and no dunning to purchase
or import a license key.

Can anybody help me here?

The .RK file is the one you want.
Double click to open it and it will have the versions you paid for written there.

Like me, you may have more than one, I had two, which was confusing when copy/pasting to a portable tryout.
32/64, makes no difference.
The .RK file should be in the same folder as the exe file.

Default Issues with keyboard sticking

So i load Serum, then i open up my virtual keyboard. Im using my keyboard as a midi input device. I set the virtual keyboard to receive midi input even with other windows active so that I can play it while serum is up. I go to change parameters on serum while holding down a key so that I can hear changes, i let go of the key and the key sticks. it keeps making sound, sometimes the parameter change is not audible. i have to press the key again to deactivate it or manually click on the virtual keyboard to deactivate it.

windows 8.1
i7
8 gig ram
using version 6.01 of reaper x64

Hello,

I have been playing with 6.0, and 6.01 for a few days. I must say that I love it !

I have an issue with the action list window though, I don't know if it is the right place to post it but here it is :

- When I am working on a heavy project with quite a few vst plugins (like 40 instances of Fabfilter plugins), when I click "show action list" it takes like 5 seconds for the window to pop up.
- If I then close the project and start an empty one, same behaviour, like 5 seconds to popup
- If I restart Reaper on an empty project it solve the issue, the action list takes about half a second to popup. But as soon as I add plugins, the action list windows become slow to appear.
The more plugins the slower.

I hope the description of the issue is enough. I am working on a windows 10 laptop with 8gb ram (I checked and ram usage was 3gb when the issue is there), I don't think I had any issue like this with Reaper 5 . The issue is just with the action list window, everything else seems to popup fast enough. Hope this help

Please can we get the wet/dry knob fixed on forced mac dark mode, I know its only superficial but think it must have been a mistake to leave it out since all window and controls now display correctly. Thanks!
