Video cam turning ON ????

I've noticed that lately my screen camera is turning ON when Reaper has focus.

Where can I turn this "turning ON" OFF ?

Sounds like you have that set as your sound card, or you are using direct sound or other choice that means "use whatever the OS is using for a mic". So basically, it is turning on because Reaper is trying to use the mic as an input source.
