Default Reaper VST's to LV2

After a long battle with M$ and there !@#$%^^ activation bull, I am looking at Ardour/Mixbus on Linux. I know about RemixOS, and it does not work well enough for me to go that route.

I am an avid fan of the Reaper effects....simple, sound good, easy to use. The Calf, Inavda, and linuxDSP are great native effects, but I would like to see the Cockos ones also in LV2 format. I don't use the JS ones enough to think about that at this time.

So, is there a way to convert VST's to the LV2 spec without a total re-write, or will I need to use a wrapper?

as a side note (in case you haven't seen it). There is a test version of Reaper for Linux on the pre-release part of this forum that needs people to try it and report back to Justin and gang

Don't know about LV2 wrappers though unfortunately .
