Default Harmor issues

Hi there,

I posted the issue in the general discussion forum already (here), but I realize that more likely it belongs here.

I have two issues with Image-Line's Harmor.

1. The first only occurs if I run Harmor (32bit) as a bridged plugin in Reaper x64. In this configuration the visualizer of Harmor is not drawn if I open it up, see this image here (for this screenshot I increased the width of the plugin window).

2. The second issue occurs in both Reaper x86 and x64. Harmor often doesn't properly redraw itself. Here's a Jing recording of one case where this happens, it does happen at other times, too.

Image-Line has been informed about this, but I thought that it might be a good idea to let you know as well, maybe you can figure something out as well.

Regards,
Andre

Just thought that I'd say I have these exact issues with the demo of Harmor (using Reaper 4.03pre8/x64.)

Same here. Latest Harmor update puts the visualizer inside the GUI instead of attempting a resize of the window in REAPER x64, which kind of defeats the purpose of the visualizer making some controls inaccessible when it's visible. Are there any updates/plans to address this issue?

Yeah, I, too, find it a bit of a dirty hack to simply move the visualizer inside the plugin. Of course I don't know the technical internals but other plugins (even bridged, like Synth Squad) manage to resize properly in Reaper. I really hope IL finds a more reasonable way to fix this. As a workaround, IL could keep the visualizer panel expanded all the time and enable/disable the visualizer with the switch.

In practice the redrawing issue is more annoying to me, though. It interrupts the creative flow.

Just to say I'm having a few problems with Harmor not drawing correctly too. Running Harmor version 1.0.2 in Reaper 4.10 x86 on Win7 64bit.

Specifically the problem I get is that sometimes when I open Harmor's GUI the top bar that displays mouse-over hints and the preset selector appears solid white. Closing then re-opening the GUI seems to rectify it. Some sort of update/refresh issue?!

Shif.

Certainly is! So it'd be nice if it played with Reaper without problems

Any news on this? Tried the latest 4.10 and there are still redrawing issues.
