Default Issue for FL Studio as VSTi in Reaper [SOLVED]

Hi.
I'm not paid user for Reaper, yet.
Nowadays, I'm considering buying Reaper while testing Reaper 6.07.
Overall, Reaper is amazing. But, I met some issue.

I'm FL Studio user.
When I use FL Studio as VSTi in Reaper project,
the MIDI notes on the track for FL Studio VSTi, which start at locator, doesn't be played unlike the other VSTi notes.
It seems to skip FL Studio VSTi track's notes at start location.
How can I fix it?
Somebody help me.

If my English skill makes you confused, just tell me the point you can't understand.
English is not my native language.
Thanks.

My system information.
OS: Windows 10 Home
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600 (6th Gen Skylake)
M/B: ASRock B150M Pro4
RAM: Samsung DDR4 8G PC4-17000 * 4
Audio Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd Gen)

I found this is not the issue about Reaper. It's FL studio's issue. I want to know how to delete this thread.

You can't delete it, just rename the title to [your title][SOLVED]
