Default Reaper not seeing Korg NanoPAD2

I did a quick search and haven't seen this issue: I have just upgraded to a new computer and the tech did a mirror image of my laptop and it took - everything seems pretty much as it was. Except my NanoPAD2 isn't showing up in midi devices. I've tried different usb ports, updated the driver, disabled and re-enabled in device manager (DM says the device is working properly but Midi Medic doesn't see it). It doesn't show up in Ableton either so it's not Reaper, but has anyone run else into this issue?
Thx
Dave

Maybe a fault with the Nanopad? Can you try it on another computer? And use another cable in case it's that.

Yeah, odd. My Surface DOES see it in Reaper so it must have something to do with the new computer and drivers. Any suggestions?

If you're on Windows:

You can try using the KORG MIDI Driver Uninstall Utility to remove any USB MIDI device drivers (also from non-Korg devices):
- http://www.korguser.net/html/Install...n%20Manual.HTM

Or check the Device Manager for any old/duplicate (hidden) USB device entries manually: http://www.techerator.com/2010/05/ho...rs-in-windows/
