Make VST 3 `kFxInstrument` plugins appear in both VST3 and VST3i

Hi. I made some VST 3 plugins which uses `kFxInstrument` as their subCategories (or plugin type). REAPER v6.03 only shows them as VST3i and not VST3. I think it's more convenient and explicit that they appear in both VST3 and VST3i.
