Default External MIDI device, pitch bend causes play rate to change?

I have a Moog Subsequent 37 CV connected via USB MIDI. When I move the pitch wheel, the play rate in the project changes. How can I prevent this from happening?

How can I also set up the MIDI track for the Sub37CV so that it only receives MIDI CC from the Sub37CV, and sends recorded MIDI CC data in the MIDI items on the track to the Sub37CV?

Basically, I don't know how to prevent the controls on the synth from doing other weird/unpredictable stuff like the pitch wheel just did with the play rate. I just want to be able to record control changes, and when I play, send those recorded control changes to the Sub37CV.

Thanks!

Default

*bump*
Hoping this might get some visibility and possibly a response.

If you're uncertain about the MIDI CC being received from the Sub37CV via USB MIDI, I'm pretty sure it is just whatever the default MIDI CC is for pitch bend.

So, if there is some way I can just make it so I can record MIDI CC data (like pitch bends) from the device while recording MIDI clips in the track, yet not do any control of the reaper project play rate (or any other setting like that), that's all I'm trying to figure out how to do.

Thanks!
