Default ASIO doesn't identiffy M-Audio interface

Hi,

I have a M-Audio M-Track Plus interface and it always worked well with ASIO audio system.
But suddenly, the configuration has disappeared and it doesn't work anymore as the screenshot below:

I have another interface, a SSL-2+, and it works perfectly with ASIO

Also, I've already re-install Reaper, ASIO drivers and M-Audio drivers, but the problem persists

Please, any idea to solve this ? My notebook is a Acer Win 10 Pro

Thanks!

Tks RC, but I already tested it in another PC (Win 10 too) and worked perfectly. Seems that is not about the cable and since I've already test in my PC with another interface (a SSL-2+) and worked fine, I think that is something related with drivers or configuration

What does the ASIO configuration button show ?

https://forum.cockos.com/showpost.ph...85&postcount=5
Is the M-Audio set as default device in your Windows Audio settings?

This causes problems with it's ASIO driver from all accounts - Disable this and try to get the M-Audio ASIO working. Then we'll try to address the guitar input.

The ASIO Configuration button isn't working. I click on it and nothing happens!
