Single FX window by default

Hello.
Since some plugins' GUIs are more CPU hungry than the plugins themselves,
I believe, left click should open a single FX floating window or a single FX chain window (closing the previously opened one).
And a modifier should be required to open two or more such windows.
Not the other way around (as it is now.)
