Default How to Download
Ok I guess it doesn't get more basic than this - how do I download the latest version - clicking the link gives me a permission error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /files/1.x/reaper1857-install.exe on this server.

Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.reaper.fm Port 80

what operating system and browser are you using?

If all else fails, we could probbaly get you it via email...
