Default Question about ReaTune VST

I just used reaTune on the one vocal track I have in my project so far. After I was done playing the song I see on the Manual correction tab that for the most part my vocal goes between G#4 and E2.

There is not a ton of them but kind of scattered all over the place there are instances of very tiny but visible specs of the red that is used to display the line of the actual vocal being sung.

Is ythat something that I need to be concerned about and it I deleted them would it be worth the time to do that? By deleting them would it make a significant difference in the sound of my track?

I would be grateful for anyones input!
