Add new LFO Modulation shape

I will be happy to see a new LFO shape in Reaper parameter modulation : A Random noise with gaussian repartition (also called normal repartition or pink noise). Random LFO noise with gaussian repartition is more adequate for humanizing stuff with micro modulation. (pitch, gain)

Sounds nice to be able to use more LFOs on Reaper's modulation system.

Maybe also a way to type in our own functions?

That way we could also generate other interesting LFO shapes, like fractals for instance.
