Default How do I get this particular split docker view? (SOLVED.. well mostly, anyway)

UPDATE: 9/30/2018
Appreciate all the suggestions.
I fixed it by deleting the Reaper.ini file and making a new one.

see screenshot below.
Notice the MCP Master goes all the way down on along the left of the TCP and MCP.
I have tried multiple combinations and reviewed Kenny's video in which he achieves this with another dock, but pulling the Master to left only puts it to the left of the TCP and above the MCP.
I was doing it before without issue, but now I cannot get it to run the full length along the left.

Forgive me if I have misunderstood and you're already doing this but did you, in the MCP, right click on the master track and select "Master Track> Show in Docker"?

Also, once the master track is showing in its own docker, you have to drag the docker tab to the left and up until you see a vertical blue bar all along the left side of the GUI. (At least that's how it looks in the theme I'm using.)

@ dug dog
Yes to both.
Here are some more screenshots for clarification of the issue:
Separate Docks for the master and MCP and made sure the blue line is all the way up the side.
Results shown in the second screenshot are clearly not the same as the screenshot in the 1st post.

I have also tried docking the FX window and moving it to the left side, but got the same results.
I think it may be a setting, but I cannot see what has changed from when I was doing it before.

I opened a new portable install and it works as expected there.
I renamed the Reaper.ini in the old installation and now it works fine there as well.
Definitely a setting or something has killed it.
Not too much of a hassle, just need to transfer the custom colors and get back to what I was doing.

Did you double click the lines of the docker? You can switch which side of the docker gets over the other. Vertical or horizontal. Just make a double click at the thin line (or frame) and it should let you have the master dock from top to bottom.

Hope that helped. Its a bit tricky i guess.

Greetings
Eli
