Default Lost Recording

Fucking hell, I accidentally pressed the record arm button instead of stoping recording after a 2 hour jam session, now my audio is gone. Is there anything I can do to unfuck myself?

Edit: Wrong section, but I don't know how to delete this.

The recorded file(s) are still on your hard drive in the folder you have Reaper pointed to. The file(s) will end at the point you clicked rec arm off. If you don't have a backup .rpp, just drag the wav files back manually.

Bleh, unfortunately not. There was a corrupt wav with the correct timestamp there, but Reaper saw it as about 9 times bigger than the file in the folder, and it was corrupt (couldn't be imported). Couldnt un-corrupt the file, made a backup, closed reaper, reaper autodeleted it.
