Devs... I've just been playing with adjusting some mouse modifiers... and I have noticed that "Disable targeting bottom part of media item when take lane height is less than [ ] pixels" doesn't seem to be working?

I have it set at 40 px, but with a clearly small track height with two takes I can still see a certain mouse modifier (in this case "Adjust take pitch (semitones)" show its mouse cursor even though it shouldn't.

Can anyone confirm this?

How does this work? I'm hitting Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+A and Ctrl+Shift+A and all those commands are passed-through REAPER.

I got this confirmed by several people.

Also a new one, possibly related: Arrange view context. If "middle drag" default action is set to "no action", then no matter what you set in "middle click default action" will NOT work!

We've got a bug in copy/pasting of items with envelope data, from at least pre5, but perhaps further back, so I thought we might as well paste it here.

Thread in which this came up: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=210349

Demonstration screenshot.

First item, original with volume, second, pasted from Edit:copy command(all three affected), third, CTRL+dragged original selected items

Note the item splits with the extra envelope points at that location. When reproducing be sure to have more than one item.

The issue is not just the rogue point near the third item in the first copy/pasted items, but also the first envelope point at the first item. What happens in between items is just as important.

I've posted a Licecap here, ZIPed up on my Dropbox account.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/esedm2l6vu...blems.zip?dl=0
(5.5 MB)

and a GIF version, link only since it's 7.5 MB in size.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/g11rszietj...blems.gif?dl=0

It illustrates that there are problems with
  • Copy Items command followed by Paste at another location

One point is missing at the start of the paste, and the fourth to last point has the wrong value.

  • Cut Items command followed by a Paste at another location

    Same as above.
  • Cut selected area of selected items followed by a Paste at another location

Something I didn't expect happened here. The paste was missing two points, i.e. those at the left edge of the left-most and right edge of the right-most items. In other words it did something different to what the Copy Selected Items in selected area did. Not sure it's a bug, but it's peculiar.

This pre-release cycle (at least, this version) seems to have introduce a bug with a least one GFX script,

For some reason, Kawa TrackFX router have no GUI refresh unless you minimize REAPER.

This bug isn't present in v5.941 so I suppose there is something related.
