remove other tracks

I see there is remove tracks is there not a way to do it in reverse. Select any track and remove all other tracks

One option to try is making a Custom Action with the following:

SWS: Toggle (invert) track selection
Track: Remove tracks

You could Ctrl A to select all.
Then Ctrl click to remove from the selection the one you want to keep.
Then Remove tracks
