All script windows are extremely laggy

I use many scripts like MPL's RS5K manager, pitch editor, mapping panel etc. Recently the windows of these scripts slowed down to a crawl.

There are no plugins in the project, restarting Reaper does nothing. What should I do?

It is not REAPER bug. It is by design. For now most of my scripts write window position data to reaper external state when moving, thats why moving is sluggish. I`ll probably improve it in the future.

I think I found the cause of the freezing on Windows. I noticed MsMpEng.exe (Antimalware Service Executable) consumes a lot of CPU only when I start dragging a script window, perhaps this has something to do with it?
