Default Plug-ins

Hi everyone!
I come from the live sound field, and this is my first post here.
I'm starting, as a hobby, to implement some finishing tools (i don't want to call it mastering).
My son makes his own music with Garageband or Auria on an iPad + Foocusrite and I want to put his mixes on shape for uploading properly to Youtube, Instagram, Spotify, etc.
I'm aware of their requirements on Short Term loudness and True Peak levels.
My idea is to employ Reaper with Izotope Ozone 8 or 9 & Youlean Loudness Meter 2 or, just the Waves WML Plus which seems to be simpler and has everything I need.
Questions:
Are these plugins, loaded on Windows 10, compatible with the two Reaper versions?
Somewhere I saw Ozone 8 is compatible with Reaper 5 but no comments on the 6.
Any advice?
Thank you very much.
