Strange thing when using visual spacer,

When there's a visual spacer above a fixed lane track, it behaves strangely as the track height changes when dragged manually (but not when using the mouse wheel).

The size of the spacer affects how much the height jumps:

Ah, I bet this only happens when showing big lanes, not small lanes. Fixing!

Most of that should be fixed with the current build, can you verify that?

Copy edited media items to new lane and re-comp, by clicking on the edited item in comp lane does not respect track grouping. Bug right?

What is the pixel size of the custom lane_solo_on/off images you are using? Can you share the images?

Yes, there is only one minor glitch remaining in Realimit: when a track has an even number of pixels, the rightmost pixel in Realimit glitches.

Sorry if it’s not the right place for this, but can we have the new insert envelope point cursor in the MIDI editor also?
Thanks

And why is it "declared" twice in Super8 ? ("prealloc=*" and "prealloc")

Code:
options: maxmem=33000000 prealloc=* no_meter gfx_idle prealloc

Just checking if you saw this @Schwa ?
Feels lika a pretty crucial thing for multitrack comping/editing.

typo, fixing thanks!

prealloc=* means pre-allocate all available memory on load. if the plug-in will definitely use e.g. the first 1M slots but you want to have more available dynamically, then you can use prealloc=1000000

IIRC not by default -- go to preferences/editing behavior/mouse, uncheck "mouse click on volume/pan faders and track buttons changes track selection"

Thanks for the explanation. So when there's a block of memory you're sure to use, is it always faster to prealloc memory? There are no downsides?

P.S didn't comment on the pre-thread then but THANK YOU for the watch panel love! "refs=0" and "value=1" are super nice to have
