Default Wrong Pan settings
1.In Preferences, set the "Pan fader unit display" to -90...90dB.

2.Right-click on a track's Volume control to open its Pan setting.

Now, if you enter a positive value, Reaper will interpret it as a negative one. And vise versa, putting negative values creates positive settings.

At the "Pan fader unit display" set to 100%left...100%right, everything works as expected.

Reaper v5.79 64 bit, Win 10 64.
