When sending reaper a /soloreset message, /anysolo 0 is not sent out by Reaper if the track that was unsolo'd was not the currently selected track.
1) Solo a track.
2) Select another track, so that the solo'd track is NOT selected.
3) Send Reaper /soloreset.
4) /anysolo 0 is not sent, though it should have been sent.
Then if I unsolo the track by clicking on solo button, /anysolo 0 is correctly sent.
OSC /soloreset is not sending /anysolo 0
