Default "Reckoning", original with tab & score, 70s phrygian metal

If there is a drummer out there who would like to record this as tabbed, or especially a drummer & bassist duo, that would be amazing. I had a studio drummer into recording this but seems to have fallen thru.

If anyone is into music theory, I have my song fully notation-analyzed in the video.

I guess no one likes my song. Correctly embedded or not. Well thats ok I guess. Anyone have tips for finding musicians who want to record parts (i.e. and wont say they want to record parts because its cool but then not do anything after a month) ?

Mhmm, I am just listening to your song. I wouldn't call it
"Heavy Metal Song" as it is noted on your sheet. Moreover
it is something "new", at least I find it a little strange.
And yes, you're looking for a drum- and a bass-player.

It starts with a prominent instrument in the pan-mid sounding
like a piano. On the left side I can hear - very restrained
and distant - a guitar.

To be honest, when I listen, I find it hard to hear the
"central theme". Nevertheless, there are many melodically
interesting approaches; but these could certainly be much
better presented.

Mmmh ...

It's all a matter of taste. And for your songs your
taste rules! The decisive factor is whether YOU
yourself are satisfied with it.

Nevertheless the phenomenon of "no feedback" is just
normal and has three main reasons:

1. If your song is arrested in a certain genre it is
unlikely that there will be answers. For example, in a
forum where most members are doing EDM (= electronic
dance music) there'll be no feedback on jazz- or
rocksongs and vice versa. Even in a very diverse forum only a
small subset will want to listen to a song from a certain genre.

2. There is also the "accumulation-effect": When a
song-posting still has no answer the barrier for the first
answer is high. If there are already some answers then
there'll be more additional postings and comments easily.

3. Our everyday life is so overcrowded with music in TV and
radio that most people, even musicians, don't have time
and leisure to listen to even amateurish songs. For many
that is just too much. This is one of the main reasons why
many song postings stay all alone.

The 'piano' is the vocal melody, I've found before that some listeners dont realize it is the vocal/lyrics. This song is based heavily and rather directly on early Black Sabbath (1st & 2nd albums). So you could call it, distorted-heavy blues-in-phrygian. Black Sabbath themselves did not like the name heavy metal, but it was used to label their sound. I get different feedback on the mix, many recording engineers dont like this style of mix (i.e. tell me it's no good), though it is purposely retro: hard-pan the guitar and hard-pan the vocal (because back in the 70s that is the simplistic way music was mixed), just like early Beatles (when the first stereo albums were released) and Sabbath and Cream, etc.

I think nowadays it would be called Stoner Metal or Doom Metal.

A quirky aspect of mixing with the hard panning, I have wondered for a while if it might be better to hard pan instruments these days, since so many listeners use cell phone speaker or mini-handheld speaker for music, both of which are Mono. But pro engineers tell me "no way" although of course they're boomers, soooo.... huh.
