Jack disconnects during rendering

Hi,
I would like to use an external audio processing plugin (zita_rev1) connected via jack to reaper but I've noticed that reaper disconnect the plugin when i render (even if my render is offline so the audio coming from the plugin is no more considered and bounced with the rest.
How can I set reaper to prevent from disconnecting?
If a look at jack audio connections from pathage I see the "reaper block" disappearing during rendering, why?

Might try linuxmusicians.com with that question. I doubt you'll find many/any here with that setup.
