Default How do you nudge left/right on a MacBook without a number pad?

I know it's 4 and 6 on a traditional number pad.

Shift 4 and 6 lengthens the track.

You can assign the move and nudge Actions to different shortcuts in the Action List.

By default Numpad 4 and Numpad 6 are assigned to these Actions:

Section [Main] - 'Item edit: Move items/envelope points left' and 'Item edit: Move items/envelope points right'
Section [MIDI Editor] and [MIDI Inline Editor] - 'Edit: Move notes left one grid unit' and 'Edit: Move notes right one grid unit' (the second default Shortcuts for these Actions are Cmd + Left / Cmd + Right)

Or if you're looking for a different Action, filter for 'nudge' in general.
