Problems with Protokol

Windows 11 up to date.
Reaper 7.11
Latest TouchOSC software.
TouchOSC running on a Galaxy TAB A over WiFi.

LogicTouch works correctly. Both ways. With or without Protokol running.

But I have two problems with Protokol, probably related.

If Reaper is running and I open Protokol, it will not allow me to set it to monitor TouchOSCBridge.
If I start Protokol first, I can enable TouchOSCBridge monitoring. But when I try to run Reaper it fails, not being able to open MIDI input TouchOSC Bridge.

The only messages I ever see in Protokol are COONECT and DISCONNECT ENDPOINT.

Just a problem getting it into my head that Protokol monitors the OUTGOING messages on the local device.

Can't start Reaper with Protokol running:
It doesn't need to monitor TouchOSCBridge.
