Default Behringer Motör 49 and Reaper

Hi everyone,

I'm starting using a Behringer Motör 49 keyboard with Reaper v5.965.

Everything is configured as shown on the Motör's user manual (that is set the Midi interface on Port 1 and Surface control on Mackie Control Universal on Port 2).

However, in MC mode, I cannot change the E1-E8 "v-pot" encoders assignement.

They are always controlling Pan, whatever "V-Pot Assign" button I'm pressing (in the "Fader Banks" and "Encoder Banks" sections).

The two buttons to change the fader bank work fine, but I can't get the buttons to assign the encoders to EQ, Plugins, Instr., etc. to work. They are always lit off while the active one should be lit on.

Have any of you had this kind of behaviour ? Any clue on how I could fix that ?

Thanks

Default Behringer motor 49

If u have set it up properly according to the youtube video from behringer it can be tricky

So here is how it works.
There are 2 modes

MCU mode. (MC button will be lit)
Faders= Volume
Knobs=Pan

Midi mode. (Midi button will be lit)
Customizeable.
Id say use ReaLearn to map controls. Really allows you to map controls per FX insta ce and save the map for that plugin. Very flexible omce u sit down and work thru mapping.
The pads start at C3.
I have some keymaps for the motor 49.
I have a note repeat map im working ill share it in the stash.
