Default Time formats of marker/region CSV import

The Markers/Regions window has functions to import CSV files.
When I export, I see that they time references are in bars+beats, rather than HMS.

Does/can REAPER support time-based values?

The developers of Bounce Boss are looking at implementing a function where we can export the time-stamped revision requests from our clients to CSV for direct import into REAPER. This will become 100x more difficult if absolute time isn't supported as tempo changes, time signature changes, etc would require lots of otherwise unnecessary calculation.

To export in HH:mm:ss format, just set your timeline in that formatBut I found several bugs in the native export import regions, with utf8 characters for eg and quotes ( http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=211781) which make this feature unreliable
so I make my own import and export regions scripts. Not publicly released but I though about making a pack at some point.

Thanks Raymond.
I've bumped the other thread, too.
