CSV Import ignores start, end and length fields (FIXED)

I am having an issue where a CSV does not import as expected. It keeps ignoring fields and just placing the markers on top of one another. I have stopped HEDA as I know scripts can interfere with normal operation of Reaper. The CSV shows no evidence of HEDA interfering though.

HEDA is generating the regions.

Hi Josh,

I've encountered the same issue and I believe it's a bug with exporting region list csv's when the timebase is in absolute frames. I've tested it a bunch of times and it's 100% repro rate.

Try changing your timebase to timecode for instance and it should (kind of) fix your issue.

Ah, the issue is that there's no way to tell the difference between absolute frames and absolute samples. Can you confirm that you are trying to import regions defined in frames?

This makes a lot of sense. I am using absolute frames.

We can change this so it defaults to frames instead of samples, since that should be a much more common import format.
