[5.76] Notes Hanging. No Note Offs. Avenger synth.

My work process is paralyzed. I tried every possible settings, but without result. Avenger synth continues to sound after the end of the notes. I found some old threads with this problem (but with other synths), and apparently it is still relevant. It drives me depressed.
But, maybe someone solved similar problem?

My specs and settings:
Reaper 5.76 x64, Win10 x64

Record Arm - off
Record monitoring - off
All inputs on the track is off
Synth not running as dedicated process
All midi devices disabled
No ReaControlMIDI on the track

I apologize. My mistake. The controller 64 is recorded in midi. But by default CC lanes in MIDI editor display only Velocity controller.
Anyway, this is good news for me

Having hanging note issue with Tyrell N6 for ages here.
Workaround on OSX : hit F13 key (I think F3 on W7) or panic button on my keyboard to stop the sound.
Note : this plugin is fine on every other DAWs.
I agree this is a depressing and annoying bug.
This bug must be tricky to solve or Cockos would have solved it, I don't know if there working on it, i have yet not seen any news about this on the pre-releases.
This is a reccurent bug in Reaper as I can read on the forum threads.
