Default Pan2 OSC not sent when Project default (Stereo Pan) (FIXED)
right click on pan knob in mixer.
set Pan mode to Project default (Stereo Pan)
move width knob.
pan2 OSC is not sent out.

However, if Pan mode is set directly to Stereo Pan, not using "Project default", then pan2 OSC is sent.

Thanks so much for the OSC implementation - Reaper rules!!
