[Solved] Have Passthrough hotkeys made it in main Reaper version ?

Hello,
I've tried finding about passthrough hotkeys that was mentionned in some pre-release discussions earlier this year.
(Concept is to have some crucial hotkeys like Play/Pause /Toggle Metronome always be sent to main window so they work everywhere)

Did this feature make it in the actual commercial release of Reaper or was dropped away ?

I can't find it in the Reaper settings, if it exists can you please tell me how to access it ?
